RWS Group has started conceptual works on the design of a new office building with services on the first floor, to be constructed in one of the most attractive districts of the city – Gdańsk Wrzeszcz.

The new office building will offer over 1 300 m² of usable area. The three-storey building will be a combination of office space and retail and service space. On the first floor, there will be a spacious commercial space of approximately 467.2 m², while on the first and second floor office space has been designed with a total area of 655.6 m² (I – 437 m² and II floor -217.9 m² with a terrace). On the underground storey, a garage hall will be constructed, which will accommodate 25 parking spaces. In addition, there will also be ground-level parking spaces available.

A great advantage of the investment will be its location – right by one of the most important streets in Gdańsk, connecting the commercial district of Wrzeszcz with the Tri-City ring road. The proximity of the ring road ensures convenient connection with the whole Tri-City – which is particularly beneficial for future tenants and their employees.

After the pandemic downturn in the office market and due to the gradual unfreezing of the economy, we can see a significant increase in interest in new office space. More and more companies are planning to return to offices, which except fulfilling their basic function, are places of integration of employees

Construction work is scheduled to start at the turn of 2022/2023.
