The Retail Park was constructed in the Łódź Voivodeship, at the regional road number 705. The Retail Park is located in the neighborhood of housing estates, retail and service facilities (Tesco, Kaufland, Castorama), and a petrol station.

Right next to the building there is also KFC and McDonald’s.

The Retail Park includes two independent units.
