The investment in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship is another project in the creation of a network of Regional Shopping Centres. As part of the first stage, completed in 2022, two shopping facilities were built, in which Lidl, Media Expert, Rossmann and Pepco chain shops operate.

The high level of interest in the existing offer, led the RWS Group to proceed with the second phase of the project and the construction of a new retail space. According to the extended project, more than 3,000 sqm of new retail space was created next to the existing facilities, with four commercial units ranging from 500 to 1,180 sqm. In total, the Regional Shopping Centre in Barczewo will offer nearly 7,000 sq m of retail and service space with eight commercial units.

The commercialisation process for the second phase has been completed and future tenants include entities from the clothing, sports and construction and gardening sectors. The additional offer has enriched the existing sales assortment, making Park Handlowy in Barczewo a one-stop shopping destination for the surrounding community.
