As part of the creation of a network of Regional Shopping Centres at the end of 2022, the RWS Group has completed another retail and service facility in the town of Dywity, located in the immediate vicinity of Olsztyn – the capital of Warmia and Mazury.

The municipality of Dywity, due to its close proximity to Olsztyn (only 7 km), is a so-called ‘bedroom community’ of the city, which is inhabited by an increasing number of residents. The RWS Group’s retail park is conveniently located, directly on national road No. 51 linking Dobre Miasto and Olsztyn.

Almost 1,300 m² of retail and service space has been created on a plot of more than 4,000 m². More than 1,000 m² of the available floor space is occupied by a well-known operator of a food discount chain. The remaining development includes three commercial premises. In addition, there are 20 above-ground parking spaces available for customers.

Construction work started in the second quarter of 2022 and the entire development was completed at the end of 2022.
