The Commercial Park in Kościerzyna at Kościuszki Street with the total usable area of 3,073 sqm is another project realized by RWS Group. The Regional Commercial Centre consists of two objects, which have been fully commercialised. The tenants include such brands as Lidl, Rossmann, Pepco, Neonet and Orange. In order to increase the convenience of shopping, 74 parking spaces for customers were created within the park.
The facility is located in a developing district and in close proximity to tourist destinations. The closest surroundings consist of single-family housing, a hotel and a shopping complex with stores such as Biedronka, Tesco, Mrówka and BAT building materials store.

The official opening of the entire retail park took place in June 2019.
