Within the project, a set of commercial buildings with a total cubic area of 23 000 m³ will be constructed. It will include 6 commercial units with areas ranging from   36 to 1 100 m². Among the new tenants, there will be well-known brands from the food, cosmetics, and clothing industry.

The new retail park will be located in the Northern part of the city, in the center of the Zaspa district, at the crossing of Rzeczpospolita Avenue and Jana Pawła II Avenue which are the main arteries. In the closest vicinity, there are numerous housing estates, schools, and municipal hospitals. There are bus and streetcar stops right next to the project, and at a distance of just one kilometer, the SKM Gdańsk Zaspa station is located. Thanks to the new facility with a multi-business offer, residents of the nearest housing estates will be able to do fast and convenient shopping. Additionally, on the premises of the retail park’s, there will be 92 parking spaces available for the customers.

Within the project, there will be a car park, with 210 parking spaces, constructed for the use of the residents of the nearest housing estates.
