Within the development of the Regional Shopping Centres a new investment project was created in Dobre Miasto (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). The retail park is located between two streets Fabryczna St. and Zwycięstwa St., nearby the regional road number DW 593, and the city center. The total useable area is 2 150 m² and is divided into six commercial units with diverse meterage. Among the tenants, there are well-known brands from the cosmetics, clothing, and sports industry as well as household appliances stores. On the premises of the retail park, there is also a parking lot with 50 parking spaces available for the customers. During the construction works the pedestrian zone between Fabryczna St. and Zwycięstwa St. was renovated.
