The next project created within the Regional Shopping Centres is located in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. On the parcel of 10 000 m² two buildings will be constructed, their total cubic area will be 12 000 m³. In one of them, the store of a well-known German discount retailer – Lidl will be opened. This will be the first store of this chain in the city. Among the rest of the tenants, there will be brands from the cosmetics industry, non-food products, and household facilities. The commercialization process of the first part of the project was ended before the construction works has started due to the convenient location – nearby the trunk highway number 16, between Olsztyn and Mragowo, and an exceptional offer (the only project of its kind in the neighborhood).

Currently, the second part of the project is being planned. It will include an additional 3 250 m²  of the useable area –the Regional Shopping Centre in Barczewo will offer almost 7 000 m² of commercial space.

Construction works are to be started by the end of 2022.
