We would like to kindly inform you that the realisation of the Optimist building is moving forward, with construction work continuing uninterrupted. The beginning of 2024 has coincided with the start of work on the erection of the final fourth floor.

The Tempest building, meanwhile, is undergoing internal finishing work and the installation of glass balustrades on the balconies and roof terraces.
