We would like to announce with great pleasure that on March 25, 2024, the SeaPark company belonging to the RWS Group, responsible for the construction of the Bulvar Apartments investment, received a valid permit to use the first building.

The obtained permit concerns the 13-story building G, which was constructed as part of the first stage of the investment at Czarny Dwór Street in Gdańsk. There are 103 apartments in the building to which the final occupancy decision relates. Most of them, as much as 80%, have already been sold. Due to its attractive location and proximity to the beach and sea, the entire investment is very popular, and due to the quick completion date, building G was the first choice for many clients.

Currently, only two smaller apartments with an area of approx. 45 m² and 3-room apartments with an area of from 73 to 82 m².

We would like to thank all customers for their support and trust. We are glad that soon we will be able to hand over the keys to their apartments to the future residents of Bulvar Apartments. The first acceptance of apartments is scheduled for early April. We wish you efficient interior finishing and a quick move!
