We are pleased to announce that the RWS Group has started the construction of a retail park in the Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the town of Chojnice. The new facility will be part of a larger retail complex which, together with the accompanying facilities, will enhance the retail offer of the entire town.

The RWS Chojnice Retail Park is being built on Przemysłowa Street, in the eastern part of the town. Construction work is expected to last for a period of six months, and the premises are scheduled to be ready for use at the end of September 2024.

Right next to the Retail Park being built by the RWS Group, a shop of the German discount chain Lidl was opened at the end of 2023, and this spring, construction will begin on another large-format building, which will house a DIY shop operating under the well-known brand of one of the market leaders.

The entire complex will offer around 14,000 m² of retail space, which will create an attractive shopping destination and cater for the basic needs of local residents with its diverse offer.

The RWS Investment Group’s retail park will also feature extensive parking facilities, including a total of 390 outdoor parking spaces, which will provide convenience and make it easier for customers to shop.
