We would like to kindly inform you that at the construction site of the Commercial Park in Olsztyn at 36 Sielska Street, the post and beam structure of the shop windows is currently being installed. Assembly of internal walls between units is also underway. Floors and internal installations are also being made in parts of the facilities.

At the same time, work is underway on the roofing, external installations, paved surfaces and the reconstruction of Sielska Street and the construction of a roundabout. The installation of an acoustic screen along a section of about 100m along Sielska Street has been completed.

Work on the construction of a pedestrian and cycle path along Sielska Street is also progressing gradually.

Work related to the construction of the petrol station is progressing according to schedule, with the roofing, walls and underfloor installations completed at the moment.

Persons interested in conducting business in the commercial park under construction are encouraged to contact the commercialisation department – vacant premises for retail and service or catering activities are still available.
