We are happy to inform you that this Saturday, i.e. on 30th October, there will be an official opening of the retail park in Ostrow Mazowiecka!

After two years of construction work the time has come, which we have been waiting for for a long time – the time when we can invite the residents of Ostrow Mazowiecka to the new Regional Shopping Centre, where they will find a wide range of trade and services, including completely new products offered by the first store of Action, a non-food discount store chain in the city.

The aim of creating Regional Retail Parks is to provide residents with fast and convenient access to basic goods which will satisfy their most important needs. We want the offer to be diverse, that’s why we try to select tenants in such a way so that future customers can fulfil their daily duties in one place. We also hope that the newly introduced brands with a completely new range of products for the residents of Ostrow will appeal to them and encourage them to visit us often – says Wojciech Sypniewski, Co-owner of RWS Group.

The future tenants include well-known brands from the clothing, drugstore, footwear, household appliances and electronics sectors. Such brands as Pepco, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Rossmann, KAES, Action, Deichmann, Smyk and Media Expert will also open their stores.

The retail park in Ostrow Mazowiecki is located in Lubiejewska Street, next to the S8 expressway on the Warsaw-Bialystok route and just 1.5 km from the city center. Right next to the investment there is a store of German hypermarket chain and a petrol station. In the nearest surroundings there are numerous housing estates, for which the new retail park will be the place of their everyday shopping.
