The next project, which will be realized by the company associated with RWS Group, will be located in Zielona Góra (Southwest Poland). On the parcel with a total area of 9 590 m² commercial facility with an area of 3 321 m² will be constructed.

The facility will be divided into seven commercial units with an area ranging from 72 to 856 m². The tenants who have already declared their participation in the project there are brands from the cosmetics industry, non-food discount retailers, and household appliances stores.

Within the project, there will be a parking lot with 104 parking spaces constructed.

The new retail park will be located at the crossing of Zacisze Street and Wojska Polskiego Avenue – trunk highway number 32 which leads to the Polish-German border. In the nearest vicinity, there are numerous housing estates, retail and service facilities, A Primary school, the University of Zielona Góra, and Zacisze Park.

Construction works are to be finished in the first quarter of 2022.
