The RWS Group has started conceptual work on the design of a new office building with services on the ground floor to be built in one of the city’s most attractive districts – Gdańsk Wrzeszcz.
The new office building, will offer over 1,300 m² of usable floor space. The three-storey building will be a combination of office and retail space. On the ground floor, a spacious commercial space of approximately 467.2 m² will be created, while on the first and second floor office spaces of a total area of 655.6 m² have been designed (first floor – 437 m² and second floor -217.9 m² with a terrace). On the underground storey, however, a garage hall will be constructed, which will accommodate 25 parking spaces. Additionally, above-ground parking spaces will also be available.
A great advantage of the investment will be its location – right by one of the most important streets in Gdańsk, connecting the commercial district of Wrzeszcz with the Tri-City ring road. The proximity of the ring road provides convenient access to the entire Tricity – which is particularly beneficial from the point of view of future tenants and their employees.
Following the pandemic downturn in the office market and as the economy gradually unfreezes, there is a significant increase in interest in new office space. More and more companies are planning to return to offices that, in addition to fulfilling their basic functions, will also be a place for employee integration. The most important premise of the project is therefore to create an employee-friendly workplace and, in particular, to design a suitable working infrastructure that promotes employee interaction.
Construction work is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
