The project of the retail park in Sławno at the Polanowska St. will be a set of two commercial buildings with a total useable area of 6 500 m². The project will be realized on the parcel with a total area of 18 600 m² only 100 meters from the European route number E28.

Location nearby the longest route in Poland which connects the Western with Eastern parts of the country provides a stable customer flow.

Some of the well-known brands will open their stores in the retail park. For the customers’ use, there will be a parking lot with 205 parking spaces designed.

Construction works are to be started at the beginning of 2021.
