Another investment project of the RWS Group will be realised in the Opole Voivodeship in Niemodlin, located 27 km from Opole.

On an area of 2.3 hectares, a complex of commercial buildings with commercial premises and common areas will be built. The planned area of the development will be close to 8,000 m² and will be the largest of its kind in the region. Construction of the facility began in July 2023.

The investment will be located in the central part of the city, directly on the main Opolska street, which is also the national road no. 46. In the vicinity there are multi-family buildings and estates of single-family houses.

The town of Niemodlin has a population of approx. 7,000, while the population of the entire municipality is approx. 13,500. Small towns and villages nowadays have a very high investment potential, as they are often the only shopping centres in the entire town and even in the region. Consumers’ expectations have also increased, as they want to do their shopping quickly and conveniently without having to go to a larger city.

Niemodlin, thanks to its extraordinary natural beauty and historic buildings, is one of the most visited towns in the region and attracts many tourists.

Thanks to the creation of the Regional Shopping Centres, we are able to provide residents with easy access to basic goods and a wide range of retail and services.
