A company affiliated with the RWS Group has begun construction of a new retail park in Mrągowo on Olsztyńska Street. The modern retail complex under construction in the Mazury region will offer nearly 16,000 m² of floor space, where 25 retail units have been designed. The development will also include 380 parking spaces.

Most of the available premises have already been commercialised, and thanks to a comprehensive and appropriately diversified commercial offer, Park Mrągowo will become the largest facility of its kind in the region.

Future tenants will include shops of well-known retail chains from the food, drugstore, clothing, sports and white goods sectors.

The investment site, with a total area of over 45,000 sqm, is located in a strategic transport location – just 2km from the city centre and near the Mrągowo bypass no. 59, which will provide convenient access for both local residents and tourists. What is more, construction works aimed at extending the ring road with an additional section in the direction of Warsaw are currently in progress. In addition, the roundabout, located right next to the investment, is the communication centre with the main urban centres on the Moors, connecting the national roads in the direction of Giżycko, Olsztyn and Mikolajki.

The opening of Park Handlowy Mrągowo is scheduled for the end of 2024.
