On the parcel with a total area of 10 300 m^2, there will be a set of two commercial buildings constructed with a Gross Leasable Area of 4 000 m². In the first building with a total area of 1 600 m^2, the store of a well-known German discount retailer will be opened. In the second one with a total area of almost 2 500 m²  four commercial units will be constructed.

The conceptual plan includes the construction of a parking lot with 121 parking spaces.

The new retail park will be located on Targowa Street, only 400 meters from highway number S8. In the neighborhood, there is a hospital, a Municipal Office, and a Primary School. On the approximal parcel, there is a huge DIY store.
