Within the development and country expansion strategy, a company associated with RWS Group is planning the next project in Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The new retail park will be constructed in Olkusz, located between Kraków and Katowice.

On the parcel with a total area of 10 755 m^2, there will be a set of two buildings constructed with a Gross Leasable Area of 4 200 m². In the first building with a total area of about 3 250 m² six commercial units will be constructed in which the stores of the brands from the cosmetics industry, non-food discount retailers, and household appliances will be opened. In the second building with a total area of 1 000 m² six commercial units with the areas ranging from 50 to 250 m².

The conceptual plan includes the construction of the parking lot with 108 parking spaces.

The new retail park will be constructed in the city center on the Sławkowska Street, only 250 meters from the Old Town. At a distance of 100 meters, there is an urban park and a trunk highway number 94 (300 meters distance).
