The new investment project at Jaracza Street in Gdańsk will provide approx. 10,000 sqm of modern A+ class office space spread over eight overground storeys. The first floor will house four commercial premises intended for retail and service or catering activities. Future tenants will have at their disposal an underground and above-ground parking lot with a total of 96 parking spaces. A public terrace on the roof will also be a great asset. The building will be constructed in accordance with BREEAM certification standards – one of the most widely used methods for evaluating buildings in terms of their environmental performance in Europe. Energy-saving solutions, mechanical ventilation and air humidification installation as well as centrally controlled air-conditioning will be applied during construction. The building will be distinguished by its architecture, its character referring to the shipyard buildings.
