A new hotel investment will be built in a mountainous town at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains, known as the Pearl of the Beskids – Wisła.

The investment site is close to the city centre, but its location on the eastern part of the slope means that the facility will be separated from the main traffic arteries and located amidst dense vegetation. The varied topography exposes phenomenal scenic qualities, and the location on the hill gives the project site a magnificent view of the city skyline.

The development project involves the construction of a 7-storey building with a total area of nearly 19,000 sqm, which will include 182 flats ranging in size from 26 to 144 sqm.

The common areas include a lobby bar with a fireplace, two restaurants, a wellness area (2 indoor pools, 2 jacuzzis, 6 saunas, 8 treatment rooms, a yoga room, a gym, a bar) and a kids club. Distinguishing elements will be an outdoor terrace with an infinity pool and 5 jacuzzis and a 150 sq m skybar, which will offer a spectacular view of the city skyline, mountain ranges and the picturesque Carpathian landscape.
