RWS Group is the developer of a 4-star hotel project comprising 150 high-class hotel rooms and common areas – reception, lobby, restaurant and spa area with swimming pool, sauna and gym.

The entire project, together with an associated plot of nearly 7,000 m², was sold to a Polish joint-stock company, which will carry out its own investment project on the site.

The building will be located on Podwale Przedmiejskie Street in the Gdańsk Śródmieście district, just 900 metres from the representative Długi Targ Street. The most important historical monuments and the city’s main tourist attractions, including the Green Gate, Neptune’s Fountain, Artus Court, St. Mary’s Basilica and the Crane, are in the immediate vicinity.
