A company from the RWS Group owns 96 flats that will be located in the fourth quarter of the newly developed Granaria phase on Gdansk’s Granary Island. By entering into a partnership with Dobre Hotel, part of the development will feature a luxury hotel operating under an international brand, which will provide future guests with first-class services.

Within the framework of the cooperation and the lease of the flats belonging to the RWS Group, the Operator will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of the hotel rooms, including the management of the restaurant and SPA, professional concierge services, as well as promotion and marketing. Dobrego Hotel’s extensive experience in managing such facilities means that future guests will be able to count on a comfortable stay in the very centre of Gdańsk, in the midst of major cultural attractions and a wide range of entertainment.

The total floor area for the hotel business is approximately 3,770sqm. Units ranging from 27 to 100 sqm will be on offer. One of the highlights will be the two-storey, exclusive flats with private roof terraces, which will offer an amazing view of the historic tenements of the Main City of Gdańsk. Other flats will be distinguished by their direct exposure to the Motława River and the Gdańsk marina, creating an extraordinary frame for the urban landscape.

As RWS Group, we also own the shopping arcade next door, in quarter V, with seven retail units with a total floor area of 2,111 m². (More is available here.) A café-restaurant concept is being designed here, which will also be used by guests of the planned hotel. In this way, the RWS Group will create a complementary product that will meet the expectations of the most demanding people and make their stay in the historic part of Gdańsk, which is becoming a new centre of urban life, more attractive.
