The RWS Group has started work on a new investment project – a building with commercial units to be constructed in Gdańsk on Wawelska Street.

The planned residential building will consist of five storeys with a total of approximately 70 residential units with areas ranging from 22 to 45 sqm. Such a range of square metres makes the development an attractive offer for couples and singles who want to buy their first flat. The property is also characterised by its investment character, as the small square metres are a favourable proposal for the purchase of premises for rent.

The first ground floor, however, is intended for commercial and service premises.

The project has a valid building permit. The planned completion date is the end of 2025.
