RWS Group’s latest investment project involves the construction of a hotel and apartment complex in the capital of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Olsztyn, right on the shores of Ukiel Lake.

The investment’s location will undoubtedly be its greatest asset. The Olsztyn Lake District, surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of Warmia and right next to a major urban centre, makes the whole area a popular tourist destination.

A fully developed coastline with a well-developed infrastructure offers many opportunities for active recreation. The town’s beach, restaurants, marina and water sports equipment rentals will provide future users of the new development with a daily boost to their stay in the capital of Warmia.

Two mixed-use buildings have been designed on an area of 11,844 m². The first building, with a total area of almost 13,000 m², will house 140 units suitable for hotel use.

In the second building, with a total floor area of more than 5 000 m², 37 comfortable flats with 1-4 rooms and floor areas ranging from 26 to 200 m² have been arranged. A distinctive feature will be the top-floor units with mezzanine floors and flats with a direct view of the lake.

The common areas include a lobby bar, a restaurant, a Spa & Wellness area with two outdoor pools and one outdoor infinity pool. A gym, kids club and as many as five meeting rooms with a total area of 400 sqm will also be available to residents and hotel guests. A retail area has also been designated in the lobby area, for use as a boutique or showroom.
