A complex of commercial buildings with commercial premises and common areas in Chojnice is another project of the RWS Group created as part of the creation of the Regional Shopping Centres network.

The  Retail Park is being built in the Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the town of Chojnice, at the intersection of Lichnowska and Przemysłowa Streets. The town of almost 40,000 inhabitants is located in the western part of the Tuchola Forest, by national road No. 22 and 120 km south-west of Gdańsk. The biggest advantage of the new location is the short distance to the Chojnice bypass leading in the directions of Gdańsk and Malbork as well as Człuchów and Szczecin.

A complex of three commercial facilities with a total built-up area of approximately 11,000 m² will be constructed on a plot of more than 3.5 ha. Two of the planned facilities are dedicated to well-known operators from the food and construction sectors. The first of these, with an area of more than 2 000 m², will house a shop of the German chain Lidl, while the second facility, with an area of 8 000 m², will be occupied by a well-known chain of construction and home improvement shops. A third retail park with a floor area of almost 800 m² will also be built as part of the project.
