We would like to inform you that the final finishing touches are being made to the new retail park in Zaspa, Gdansk. Some tenants have already placed their logos on the façades of some of the units, including Biedronka, Rossmann and Pepco. All landscaping works have been completed, including rain gardens and green roofs on the buildings. A new pedestrian crossing along Jana Pawła II Avenue and access sections for bicycle lanes along the retail park have also been completed. The final tenant arrangements and all necessary acceptance procedures are currently being carried out. The park will soon be open to customers.
