We would like to inform you that at the construction site of the Retail Park in Niemodlin, work is being carried out on all the buildings that make up the new shopping complex.

At the most advanced stage of construction is the building intended for a German food discount chain, in which finishing work on internal installations is already being carried out. Plastering, flooring and tiling have already been carried out on this building.

As for the other buildings, sandwich panels are being installed on two of them. At the same time, the construction of the last of the buildings forming part of the Retail Park in Niemodlin is under way.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the last vacant premises for lease with areas ranging from 40 to 180 sqm remain on offer.
