Please be advised that installation of prefabricated columns and transoms is underway at the Optimist building, which is being built as part of the Lowen Marina development. At the beginning of March, the construction of partition walls inside the flats started.

In the Tempest building, work on finishing the staircase and corridors has been completed. Landscaping works are currently underway at this building.

The Lowen Marina, located in the heart of the Mazurian Lake District, right on the shore of Lake Niegocin, still has flats with a view of the lake available for sale.
