We kindly inform you that the construction of the Retail Park is progressing according to schedule, and the current stage of work is already at a very advanced stage. Currently, arrangement works for tenants and development of external areas are being carried out. All buildings have reached a closed shell state.

In the near future, internal works related to the finishing of the facilities and works on the development of external areas will continue.

The planned completion of construction is scheduled for June 2024, while the opening of the Retail Park in Niemodlin is estimated during the holiday season.
