We kindly inform you that at the construction site of the Retail Park in Olsztyn at ul. Sielska 36, installation of expanded metal facade cladding is in progress. The post-and-beam structure of the display cases and their glazing are currently being assembled. Subsequent tenants are taking over their premises and carrying out finishing works.

At the same time, work is underway on the construction of external installations, paved surfaces and the reconstruction of the street. Sielska and the construction of a roundabout. Work related to laying bituminous surfaces has been completed and finishing works are underway.

Works related to the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path along ul. Sielska are nearing completion.

Work related to the construction of the gas station is progressing according to schedule, at this point the building is already being finished inside, the structure of the shelter over the pumps with a roof is in place, and work related to fuel technology has been completed.
