We would like to inform you that the commercialization process of the new Retail Park in Zaspa, Gdansk, has come to an end. Four months before the completion of construction all commercial premises have been leased.

The new project, which is a part of the expansion of the Regional Shopping Centres chain, consists of two buildings with a total volume of 23,000 m³, which will house nine commercial units with areas ranging from 47 to 1,112 m².

Among future tenants stores of well-known retail chains from the food, cosmetics and clothing industry can be found. The new Retail Park will also house a restaurant, a bakery and a butcher’s. The last of the signed agreements concerned the lease of the smallest premises with an area of 47 m², which will house an optician.

The construction is to be completed and the premises are to be put into use by the end of the first half of 2022.

The new retail park will be located in the northern part of the city, in the very center of Zaspa, at the junction of two main thoroughfares – Rzeczypospolitej Avenue and Jana Pawła II Avenue. In its immediate vicinity are numerous housing estates, schools and kindergartens and the muncipal hospital. There are bus and streetcar stops right next to the project, and at a distance of just one kilometer the SKM Gdańsk Zaspa station is located. Thanks to the new multi-branch facility, residents of the nearby housing estates will be able to quickly and conveniently do their basic shopping.

Particularly noteworthy is the fact that as a part of the project a parking lot dedicated exclusively to the residents of the estate will be created, with an additional 210 new parking spaces.
