We are happy to announce that construction work on the new retail park in Barczewo at Wojska Polskiego Street has started according to plan. In the designated area of the planned facility, foundation work is already underway. The total duration of the works is estimated at seven months.

The new investment in warmińsko-mazurskie voivodship is another project within the Regional Shopping Centers network. In the first stage, on the area of over 10 000 m² two facilities will be built, with the total cubage of about 12 000 m³. One of them will house the first store of a German discount chain, Lidl, to be opened in the city. Other tenants will include well-known retail chains from the sectors of drugstores, electronics, household appliances and non-food products. The convenient location – just off the national road No. 16, at the section between Olsztyn and Mragowo, and the unique offer (the only investment of this type in the area) meant that the commercialization process of the first stage was completed even before the construction began.

Currently, the next stage of the investment is being planned, within which an additional 3250 m² of floor space will be created – in total, the Regional Shopping Centre in Barczewo will offer nearly 7,000 m² of retail and service space. Construction of the second phase of the project will be commenced before the completion of the first phase.
