The beginning of 2024 has coincided with the start of work on the erection of the final fourth floor.<\/p>\n<p>The Tempest building, meanwhile, is undergoing internal finishing work and the installation of glass balustrades on the balconies and roof terraces.<\/p>\n<p>There are still a few vacant flats on offer at Lowen Marina.
